About the Owner of Haven Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork: Stephanie Galver is my name, beginning practice in March of 2011. From that date, I have ventured into private practice, worked in physical therapy clinics, day spas, and chiropractic clinics. I went back to private practice and am thrilled with this new venture! I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage and Swedish Massage. When I was a kid, I always wanted to help others. When my parents opened a physical therapy practice in October 1998. They taught me how to take good care of others, both physically and mentally. This experience was life-changing. I was honored to return to school and graduate from East-West College of the Healing Arts in December 2010 in Portland Oregon. I moved back to Salem so that I could start working, I started at my family's physical therapy clinic, BPM Physical Therapy Center, Inc. After almost seven years, in 2012, I decided to see my clients in addition to my work there. After almost seven years at The Reed Opera House, downtown Salem OR, I started working part-time at the beautiful La Lumiere Massage Boutique. It was an excellent experience, and I am grateful I went there.
