Having a septic tank backup and needing a new drainfield is not exactly anyone’s idea of a good time, but Daryl, Jaime, and the whole Tewalt Excavation team made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. The kindness, knowledge, professionalism, and communication throughout the entire process were deeply impressive. They truly went above and beyond to help, and it was clear they genuinely cared about both the quality of their work and the people they were helping. Highly recommend their services. 2. There was a septic line break at my house, and I called Tewalt to do the work. They used two types of camera tools and even ground-penetrating radar to find the exact place to do the repair. They were also conscientious about not taking too long (and costing more) with their snaking tools to try and churn through the roots that had invaded the pipe. Super professional and competent service and very, very cost-effective. Highly recommended! 4. very shady business practices, overcharging people and telling them things cost different than they end up costing, telling people they need things that they don’t. They’re all about money money money. No integrity. I’ve been to their office and they brag about how much money they squeeze people for. Would never use them or recommend them. Don’t trust anything they say. 5. Excellent company, very professional and prompt. Had a septic pump repaired (new) they did a great job. Highly recommend! 7. Daryl and his crew have been putting in a new septic system at our home. It’s currently 6:10, and our toilets stopped working. I messaged him to see if there was a temporary fix…not only did he respond within a few minutes, he’s sending a crew to remedy the issue as we speak. Can’t top that type level of service or commitment to clients. Highly recommend this company. 9. Sean has been our technician working on our septic issue over the last week or so. The problem with our septic was an “intermittent” failure to pump resulting in the septic overfilling and alarming. It would have been much easier if the system had a consistent failure but Sean was very professional, patient and explained everything he was finding and repairing.
