About David Kaplan Born in Bogota Colombia, David Kaplan is a naturalized citizen of the United States. David Kaplan founded Orlow, Kaplan & Hohenstein, LLP in 2007. In 2014, he launched the Law Offices David Kaplan. He also personally advises clients from Philadelphia to the United States to the rest of the world.
