A Brief History of Paul Bros Auto Body Our company was founded in 1905 by Max Paul, who came from Russia. Max began his journey in America as a coppersmith. When the automobile boom hit in the 1920s, Max's bicycle shop was quickly transformed. In these early years he made his products by transforming horse and fire carriages. Our company has faced and survived the 1918 Flu Pandemic, World War I, and The Great Depression. During World War II not just the war itself was fought by Paul Bros. Both Edward and Harry converted the area over to a shop to make parts for airplanes in November and December 1948. We employed many people across the globe, so our focus was on the victory for our nation. We have been the leading automobile repair and maintenance shop in the metro-Philadelphia area for over fifty years. In 1969, Central City Toyota was established, and our company has grown over the years to become the oldest Toyota collision repair in our region. Caruso Collision conducts quality car repair work.
