We are humbly committed and sincerely proud of the deep affection we share for the earth, coffee, and humanity. We support micro-roasters who source high-quality beans and ethically trade directly, which breaks the cycle of exploitation in the coffee supply chain and improves the economy of small coffee farming villages. Our milk comes from grass-fed cows at an ethical 100-year-old local family dairy farm, so our cappuccinos are rich and real, just like our values. Our environmental footprint is minimal because we source locally, make our own syrups, recycle and compost, and opt for recycled cups and mason jars.
