Our philosophy at American Ballet Academy is that everyone can learn to dance; we can teach all people to dance in an atmosphere where their potential is recognized and respected. We teach dancers with kindness and respect. Our primary objective is the correct and safe teaching of dance to all body types.
Carolyn learned The Balanchine Style at The Academy of Ballet Arts in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Carolyn received a full scholarship to Chautauqua's Summer Dance Academy and studied with Violette Verdy, Patricia McBride, and Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux. Carolyn also attended Master Classes with Robert Mariano (Boston Ballet), Laura Young (Elliot Feld Ballet), Suzanne Farrell, and Elliot Feld.
