Bayside School of Dance

Bayside School of Dance has been in operation for more than 45 years, and they say that dancing is an important part of human growth. Character is built in dance classes. Everyone loves music and movement, but they provide much more. Dance classes help kids develop motor skills, coordination, and a sense of rhythm. They learn social skills by relating to others. As the child grows, these skills become more sophisticated, and they appreciate the discipline and self-worth gained. On stage, the child acquires confidence, grace, composure, and a sense of accomplishment. These are just some of the dance performances. Dance's effects are tie into higher academic achievement, particularly in science and mathematics. We know that exercising is crucial to our health. Patients are told to exercise to help with obesity, diabetes, heart disease, or cancer. The brain's memory and practice are excellent for dance moves. It has been proven that the brain prevents Alzheimer's. It is a fun and healthy way to exercise.
