Employee reviews underline positive working environment and ease of access at Adidas Distribution Centre. It is an excellent career opportunity with numerous employees appreciating the workplace, and several workers made mention of their positive work experiences. The directions give the ARN# and the gate code and warn drivers against parking overnight. A few workers were, however, quick to highlight minor challenges, with one being just 3 hours late and required to work in and order in major road closures then go round for 30 minutes to arrive hence arriving late. Some delivery drivers positively mentioned that, with such a tight window, they managed to get the delivery done and completed as somesites only have 1 bay and 1 person to unload a full trailer on my way to my biggest site possible. Some pointed out that while there was some favoritism, the atmosphere was generally friendly, and many believed the company was a godsend. There were comments on the method of unloading. The mode consisted of dropping the trailer, unloading and hooking up the next dispatch. This got positive reviews from employees and drivers, with many saying it was the best method they had encountered. Security workers also wrote to congratulate the general friendliness and the consideration as well,. In conclusion, these observations pointed, in a positive manner, out that one found most workers in the distribution centre satisfied.
