Not super happy with krohmer. They came out twice & never figured out the problem. I get paying a service charge the first time out etc, but to never fix the problem & continue to be charged is disappointing. High too Paid for basically nothing. The plumber was super nice guy tho, but the billing/ assistant dpt just not helpful customer service at all or concerned about making things right.
