I am keen on holistic skincare as it promotes entire being health, not just symptom-based treatment. The skin mirrors what is happening inside the body and how one feels. By giving the skin the nutrition it needs and assisting the body's natural detoxification method, we can remove hindrances that keep us off-kilter. I don't believe in traumatizing the skin with harsh ingredients for transformation. Why would one want to traumatize oneself for change? There is a permanent change that does not come from inflammatory treatments like chemical peels, micro needling, or retin-A/tretinoin/retinol.
