YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South, established in 1855, implements its mission by embodying Christian principles with programs enabling a healthy mind, body, and spirit for all members. Although our programs have evolved over time, we still hold the belief that all people need a supportive environment and relationship - including youth, teenagers, parents, and adults - to realize health and wellness in mind, body, and spirit.
