Cooper Freight Service, Inc. is built on long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders. A committed workforce has safely delivered essential goods and products for 50 years. We continue to achieve this for future generations. Since 1975, Cooper Freight Service is "Dedicated to Service" and started when Henry was delivering freight from Memphis International Airport to and from a Chevrolet pickup truck. This was known as Cooper & Sons. In 1979, the firm was known as Cooper Air Freight Service, Inc., as Henry went into full-time ministry. In the 1980s, Cooper Air Freight Service, Inc. began an LTL business with terminals in Romulus (MI), Memphis (TN), and Grenada (MS). The 1990s saw the company begin to carry truckloads all across the Midwest. Cooper Freight Service, Inc. was established in 2000 and has gone on to service all 48 states. Our LTL and Air Freight capabilities mean we are never late. Henry Cooper, still the owner of the business, continues to operate it. Modern transport has changed a lot, but what has not changed are our family values. We always let Christ make the decision, followed by customer requirements and expectations and each of our staff’s success.
