In Maury Ballenger Bodywork:
Bodywork and Light Therapy to Ease Stress and Pain
Massage and light therapy help me to ease stress and pain.
Since 1997, I am a registered massage therapist. I offer a combination of traditional Swedish and Ashiatsu massages, which are tailored to each individual client's needs. Light therapy was added to my practice in 2018 with the Multi Radiance Laser, which provides pain relief and accelerates recovery.
To improve my professional and personal skills, I took a 200-hour Yoga teacher training. In 2015, Midtown Yoga Memphis offered an additional Ayurveda course.
My lifelong passion for natural health and wellness has been a constant. I am passionate about cooking healthy foods, organic skincare, and taking part in yoga and dance classes.
