At Otherlands, we provide wireless internet. It is our firm conviction that the Internet should be open and available to all for the advancement of communication, research, and many other reasons. The staff does not agree with this free service. Yay. It is offered as a generous gesture. So, if you have any feedback that you would like to give about the WIFI service, please consult someone in the bar. We believe in music. Our Memphis location is proud to host some of Memphis' best artists and musicians from the bluegrass, rock, folk, and singer/songwriter industries. Otherlands Coffee Bar Friday and Sunday, as the days change into nights, so does the coffee bar. The coffee bar, once a spot for reading or foc, transitions to a thrilling music venue along with beer and mocha. Check out our events page to see what’s happening now. Multiple customers rave about the fantastic coffee and atmosphere of the shop. Customers say the coffee and tea are delicious, and the space offers a unique blend of charm and relaxation. Almost everyone likes the seating which provides space to work, relax, or enjoy alone or with company. The staff and customer service also pick up most of the thumbs up. While the customers praise the establishment highly, they also comment on minor, but essential issues. One that intervened is the location, which is a bit out of the way for some. Also, some of the charging situations in the room are somewhat disappointing as there was no adequate power supply, thereby limiting plugging gadgets. But if those could be addressed, the general feeling is that most people are happy with the shop.
