The reviews show a wide range of opinions on the gym. The majority enjoyed their experience with the gym, particularly naming the cleanliness; friendly and welcoming staff, and music and TV, but the number one highlight was the cost. One reviewer said the location was good for them and the price was excellent; another said the price was unbeatable.; A reviewer said they could attend any gym in the US for $23 a month. But not all is praise, some people experienced negative staff, including comments about employees mocking customers, and issues with reduced staff and hours during the pandemic. The gym had mixed reviews when it came to the tanning beds. One tanner said the gym was excellent and the addition of new stand up beds made for a better experience. Another said they had trouble getting a tanning bed quickly, which was frustrating. This contrast is repeated in comments on staff friendliness, with one person saying the staff was incredibly kind and another claiming they had poor experiences. But there are many pieces of feedback in which the customer left happy with their experience, like one customer who said they found everything they needed in the locker room and had a great tanning experience. This happy client said the staff was helpful and very welcoming, and they thought the gym was a good deal.
