Process Systems Inc Construction

In 1987, PSICC was formed when Process Systems Inc. of Memphis (an engineering and construction management company) made a direct hire construction subsidiary to best serve its engineering clients. Initially, these clients provided the work as design-build became more popular in all industries over the years. The same administration was used until Lurgi AG, Frankfurt, Germany bought the company in late 1998. With the acquisition, Lurgi Technologies started working with the construction company. This facilitated their involvement in the construction of a plant in Rutherford County to produce De-NOx, an air emission control chemical in response to OSHA and EPA rules. This company also utilized team members in various endeavors such as petroleum or cement industries, using Lurgi's bio-fuels technology, which accelerated their entry into the growing biofuels market.
