About this business
SEGA offers a Competitive Boy's Gymnastics Team program. These exceptional young gymnasts have moved up through the class program and train several times a week. As of the fall, we will be training levels 3 - 6. They will start competitions in January and travel across the state for gymnastics meets. Our young gymnasts receive training on Rings, P-bars, Floor, Bar, and Vault. Special focus is given to strength training and rope climbing. This is an excellent introductory course. The class will challenge young boys and provide them with goals to put their energy into; this is not a beginner course. Gymnasts must first pass a prerequisites test to move to this class.
45-minute class
This class is aimed at developing the tumbling skills needed in today's cheerleading. The one-hour class will be covering fundamental and advanced tumbling with an emphasis on back tumbling.
