Teresa M. Bernhardt, Esq. has been practicing law for more than fifteen years in Memphis, established in 1997. Furthermore, she is married and has three kids in addition to being a mother to two more. Virginia Tech University awarded her a degree in 1983. Magna Cum Laude Northern Illinois University College of Law issued her degree in May 1997. The Supreme Court of the State of Tennessee authorized the practice of law for her on October 1, 1997, with licensure in the Western District of Tennessee. Illinois Supreme Court granted her a license to practice in the State of Illinois on December 1, 1997, with licensure in the Northern District of Illinois. She is duly licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Illinois and is also a title agent for Mississippi and Tennessee. Her areas of practice include closing residential and commercial properties, business formations and transactions, and general business legal services. She is also fluent in Spanish, which assists her in communicating effortlessly with Spanish-speaking clients and customers.
