Dr. Alicia Triche owns and operates Triche Immigration Appeals. Her academic and practical experience includes appeals in immigration. During her long legal career, Dr. Triche provided legal writing services to clients and legal organisations and colleagues. Over 600 briefs and memos have been written for various parties in the United States. Luke Abrusley Law, LLC, Oakdale, Louisiana, and Siskind Suesser, Memphis, Tennessee, as well as Keller and Heckman, Washington, DC, and the Office of the Public Defender, Baltimore, Maryland all used her writing services. She is also uniquely experienced. Dr. Triche has two advanced degrees in legal research as well as in international refugee law. Her academic distinctions include obtaining the Doctor of Philosophy in Law from Oxford University's College of Lady Margaret in September 2013. The title of her doctoral thesis was "International Refugee Law and National Security." In 2003, she received the Fulbright Scholarship to obtain the Master of Studies for Legal Research. Recently, Dr. Triche was appointed chief editor for The Green Card. The Green Card is the Federal Bar Association's official immigration newsletter. Dr. Triche also teaches undergraduates immigration law at the University of Memphis. Dr. Alicia Triche, an attorney, can practice immigration law in the United States. She graduated from George Washington University's law school. Dr. Triche is licensed to practice law in both the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and Six Circuit Court of Appeals. In Memphis since February 2012, Dr. Triche orchestrated a lucrative private immigration law practice that handles family-based immigration and asylum claims. The governing body of the Federal Bar Association's Immigration Law Section has been an active part for several years. Serving lawyers and US immigration judges, Dr. Triche has taught many additional minutes (CLE) sessions at various locations in the United States.
