United Housing (UHI) is a nonprofit affordable housing agency that serves Memphis, Shelby County, and West Tennessee. Home Repair loans can be used to improve*, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and systems (HVAC or water heater), Weatherization, energy conservation, handicapped accessibility, security and safety improvements, and code violations.
