STAY AWAY FROM ALFREDOS COLLISION REPAIR! Alfredo has no professionalism or class when it comes to business. Alfredo said that he could get all the glass out of my trunk ( due to the recent hail storm) and charged me $350 I paid Alfredo the money and when I came to pick up my vehicle there was still a lot of glass in my trunk and Alfredo response was " it's impossible to get all the glass out" I explained to Alfredo that he should have told me up front that he can only get some of the glass out but Alfredo assured me that he could get all of it out which was a lie. Alfredo said " your only option is to leave the car here and we can try again" I explained to Alfredo that it doesn't make sense to leave my car if he just told me that it was "impossible to get all the glass out". I told Alfredo that I wanted a refund but he refused. LEARN FEOM MY MISTAKE AND TAKE YOUR CAR TO A LICENSED DEALERSHIP, YES IT WILL COST MORE MONEY BUT AT LEAST YOU WONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE ALFREDO AND HIS WORKERS. THE ONLY SERVICE ALFREDO PROVIDES IS LIES AND A HEADACHE. PLEASE STAY AWAY AT ALL COST OR IT WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE END.

Have had a great experience at Alfredo's. When they could repair what I needed, they did and they did so at a great price. When they could not handle something, they were honest about it. The staff was polite and responsive to my requests and questions. And Alfredo himself not only runs a great shop with people who know how to do the work, but he is an inspirational guy who truly cares about his customers as people. Strong recommendation to get body work done there!
