Customer feedback Great service regardless of having common repairs done on vehicles like mine. They are also honest to say I didn't have to worry about highway tolls to their shop; there was no charge for the after-hours key drop. The staff are well articulated with the process, always ready to provide you with frequent up-to-date progress of what's going on. I think honesty is key in any business, especially service repairs. Amazing auto understands and practices this because they didn't try to tell me a super crazy game plan of things that needed to be worked on. They also prioritize your vehicle.ogenous work. I went in to get an axle seal fix, and I got a call explaining I need my rear rotors done. Immediately I thought the rotors would stop my axle seal fix because rotors cost more than axle seals. When I picked up my truck, I noticed the axle seal fix was done first, and the rotors got changed out. One didn't have to wait on the other. They obviously understand time is money and are somewhat cost-efficient to be able to know this. I give them a 10-star because I haven't had any issues.
