Bladesmith Barber College

Bladesmith Barber College's vision is to provide students with practical barbershop training and professional growth opportunities. The college aims to create a creative and individualistic team atmosphere. The educators will support a positive environment for professional and personal development, promoting moral values and ethical standards. The campus wants to bring the barbershop experience to a higher level. It seeks to encourage, motivate, and equip students for successful vocational careers, exposing them to the vastness, intricacies, and potential of the industry. Christ will be at the center of faculty and student involvement and all who enter our building. Bladesmith Barber College's vision is that it will equip graduates for success in their professional and spiritual lives.

1. A collection of positive reviews lauding the program; "Robs" experience; and the friendliness and professionalism of the teachers, who also almost never deviated from the basic instructions in the milestones list (“always checking Guillermos work”; “DANNY lasted only 2 laps because he was scared - but at the end he passed the test”);. “They teach students to be ROWDY when playing Body weight squats” is one quote that perfectly encapsulates the positive nature of the reviews.. Another subtheme involved the components of a strong lesson plan-for example, one reviewer touted consistency and student involvement in the planning process.; 2. Description of a typical ninth grade applicant and his teacher; the student is a “short boy” whose elementary teacher called “Robs” and “Danny” as stops on the name-calling list, and the boy has already failed the phonemic awareness strand of an earlier milestone.; and 3. Evidence that one of the major complaints about the program can be mitigated; one of the major complaints about the program was that it was “too strict … and boring.” 1. 4. Poor word choice and lack of clarity in testimonials offers potential recruits a poor picture of the program and may even result in some of them choosing not to apply; one reviewer’s recommendation that teachers address the issue of a “strict and boring” program with “at least actionable activities” seems realistic, given students’ reports that they always know what to do and GIFs and videos are part of the typical lesson.
