LUMA - Luxury Matchmaking

SCAM SCAM SCAM - They claim to be luxury matchmaking. Instead they go to LinkedIn and ping men to see if they are single and would like to go on dates. My first date was with a man that says they contacted him 4-5 years ago and he has been dating women for LUMA ever since. Although you tell the matchmaker what you desire in a match, she gives you practically the total opposite. They are simply using serial daters in hopes that one will link up with someone. Then when you fill out the feedback form, no one reads it to adjust the date or search like sorry, matchmaker, but I told you already that I am extremely allergic to cats (matchmaker will still introduce you to cat people), when people expose their scam publicly, LUMA then uses the feedback form and uses anything positive about it to claim that they are doing a good job. I am not saying these men are not nice, they certainly were. The issue is you only get a limited number of introductions and whether you go on a date or not, it is counted against you. So of course, I am going to go on the Zoom date with who the matchmaker sends me. I signed the contract in good faith that they will provide a service - a unique, "tailored" service. Instead, they use these men that are serial daters (no wonder I kept getting people that didn't meet my requirements) to throw at women to count against their promised number of "introductions." Then they try to sell you clothes and set you up with all these meetings with different people as if they are helping you in some way and all I really wanted was a genuine dedicated matchmaker learning about me and attempting to find someone that I might be interested in. Not typing a key words into a database that matched what I wanted and then sending me the first guy they find. And not sure any reasonable human would call any matchmaking service a luxury service when the matchmaker cannot even remember that you are allergic to cats and sets you up with a cat man. This is scam. Do not waste your time. Call a class action attorney - I am rounding up as much as I can now to move forward with an action. If I am going to waste $15K on this scam, I am going to make it worth my while. The Federal Trade Commission needs to check into their outlandish claims that they are 87% successful (yeah right). Read the BBB complaints and reviews. The FTC also needs to check into their business practices. Do not waste your money. They respond with flimsy answers on the BBB so that they can show how quickly they respond in order to keep an A+ rating because this is what their rating is based on - not the negative reviews and complaints, unfortunately. From all the negative reviews and complaints against this company, they must have people employed on a full-time basis to come back with an answer on the BBB so they can keep their high rating.
