Offering a wide range of classes to suit all levels of interest, the higher-level classes assist in preparing tiny dancers for the Pre-Professional and Advanced training divisions. Our children's program is designed for children aged 3-4. This program combines the power of imagination, movement, and basic principles of music and dance. Preschoolers learn to dance with the help of props like scarves, bean bags, and ribbons. They create their music. The children also develop listening and waiting skills as well as dance class etiquette, balance, and coordination. Children age 5-6: This longer class program focuses more on ballet for kids who want to learn the basics. Jazz and contemporary movements are used in the early stages of learning how to use our muscles to do the correct posture and movement for classical ballet. The dancer will enjoy learning these styles, as well as improving coordination, musicality, personal expression, and confidence through dance.
