Brother Bear Moving

Absolutely horrible company! Stay clear of these guys and don’t fall for their con artist charms and promises! They moved some of our things from Texas, and the rest came damaged and drenched, including a gun safe that we paid extra to move! Apparently, their moving trucks aren’t rain proof! We have been polite and patient trying to get the remainder of our things! Our stolen items include new Garmin fish finders, a new electric fishing reel, etc etc, upwards of 3k worth of possessions! They promise to send them then make excuses when they don’t arrive! We have contacted PD and filed complaints with BBB! Their actual address is 501 State highway 121 Lewisville, Texas 75067! This is where they meet at 7am to discuss their con jobs for the day! They have several cubes and Penske moving trucks at this location! If you’re missing items, this is the location you will have the best chance of getting them back! We are also filing Theft of Service charges and they can issue a warrant for “Carter’s” arrest! His actual name is “Ryan “ we think! These guys are slimey, slippery low life thieves! Their all American pics with thumbs up and fake 5 star reviews are deceptive! Stay away from this company unless you want a huge headache!!

Somehow or another, they were able to get my review removed. It’s important to know that these people will damage your furniture will make promises they can’t fulfill. They will block you from attempting to reach them or ignore your calls all together. Do not use this company at all cost. Find somebody else.

Never use this company. They I charged our card almost 1K and we signed off on NOTHING. They have been holding our items hostage for 13 days, refusing to finish the delivery. They don’t answer the phone, nor do they respond to emails. Beware, this company pays to be at the top of the Google search engine. I never want this to happen to anyone else again:

People - do not get trapped by this farce of a moving company! They sent "kids" to my home -- I cannot begin to explain the damage to my furniture AND the home I had sold!!! Beautiful, hand-scraped hardwood floors -- scratched, dented, holes dug into them where they just slid furniture. And .. the CEO, Ryan Carter --- numerous times, "we'll fix it" ... After having to pay to get the floors fixed so I could close on the house, I simply asked him to cover 1/2 the costs --- "I'll do it", he said and --- three months later --- won't even answer a text! If you read other reviews, you will see the same feedback --- won't pay for any damages -- won't answer the phones! EXPENSIVE and DANGEROUS with your stuff!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! When the "kids" could not handle my refrigerator, I said to them I rented an appliance dolly, and the one in charge said, "What's an Appliance Dolly"? Friends --- I had two large trucks FULL -- antiques, a $500K home, and this is the kind of people they sent! YOU DO NOT WANT BROTHER BEAR MOVING!!!!

Second time I have used them. They are very good and follow directions well. Anthony Alonzo and Josh were great . I am impressed with their professionalism and great work!

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Management is so so bad.
