Maria Salgado - Recruitment Specialist (Zoom/Call/Text/Email)
Maria was my first recruiter and she was awesome! She had great energy and personality, and we were able to relate even further as her husband enjoys photography as well.
She got me an awesome and easy job that was work from home.. sadly...that job laid off all of the temp workers they brought due to "There not being enough work anymore."
I had found out through a fellow temp worker that Maria was performing an illegal act of picking and choosing which temps got which jobs. There was to be another person who started with me and fellow temp workers at said job. However, Maria had lied to this temp worker and, from what I understand, told her that she would not be able to assist them further.
She was fired for this and the temp worker got the job she deserved.
...Be careful and very suspicious of your specialist.

Tiffany Blumn - Recruitment Specialist.
(Call/Text/Email)
Tiffany was my second recruiter, and she was AWFUL!!! Absolutely the worst! I was home wondering if I was going to be able to find a job or not, and she stated that she went on vacation.. I was hurting for work and income, yet my specialist with a job could careless about her clients and what position they are in. My first recruiter, also, did a zoom call with me as well as the other three forms of standard contact.
Tiffany however... only stuck to 3.
It's such a big difference when you have a recruiter who will get on a zoom call with you and one who won't.
She also proceeded to attempt to make me feel bad about myself and place blame on me by stating "I’m really concerned that you are not allowing yourself to let me help you based on other people’s experiences with their own unique situation."
I kept this email and have shown it to many others, fellow temp workers included and they all pretty much said the same thing... 'Why is she gaslighting you?'
(I have archived this email and marked it so I know what signs to watch out for in future recruitment specialist).
If Tiffany Blumn happens to be your Recruitment Specialist... you need to request a different one immediately, and if they can't offer one then seek out a different temp agency. This is just my, STRONG, reccomendation.

Cassie Peressini - Senior Recruitment Specialist
(Zoom/Call/Text/Email)
Cassie is my third and current Recruiter and she's cool.. but there are things that I began to notice.
She had the same energy as my first recruiter and we even related over our cats and spots to take pictures.
She found me a job with a company that turned out to be very terrible.. Myself and other temps were made to work in the office in the winter with no heaters and were not provided space heaters until MUCH later. However this company had space heaters for their front desk staff, and others.
We were then told that we were not allowed to have space heaters, yet my main supervisor (who told us we couldn't) got one for herself. We proceeded to get our own as we felt no one cared about us and it was terrible working conditions (which I didn't know much later that we were in an unsafe work environment and we should've all reported it to the TWC).
None of this was Cassie's fault though. What started raising flags was when I would express my concerns or extreme discomforts.. She made me feel a bit blown off, and would try to have my talk to my supervisor within the company. I had to stand firm and inform her that I felt very unsafe in the environment (you would hear people screaming, the screams got close sometimes, there was no security and we were told we would be fine, but it was environment were security should be a higher concern). I had expressed how much anxiety the drive gave me on my first few days and she completely ignored that and stated something else entirely, a fellow temp worker was VERY upset by her response.
I even proceeded to inform Cassie that the other temps were quitting said company (to which I recently found out there is one temp worker left there,) and that this company mistreats its employees.. the only response I got was "I'm sorry to hear that!" ...no plan of action.. no reporting them for what they did... nothing.. Cassie succeeded in making me feel very uncared for.. I'd still give her a 2nd chance compared to my 2nd recruiter though.
All in all.... I can't recommend this staffing agency.
