Feedback from the students is overwhelmingly positive about the Concorde College Community and the educators of the vocational nursing program. The students express great appreciation for the efforts of the affiliated staff and their work. A student attributed their achievement in academics to the counselor to always remind them to complete their work and work harder.On the other hand, students also attributed their successful completion of the nursing program on the fact that tutors and lecturers in the school are willing to sacrifice their time after class to assist students with their assignment and examination preparation. The students said that their lecturer taught them as it was in the field work and thus they understood what was expected in the field and were able to get jobs such easily. The majority of the students who provided their feedback said that they would be willing to advise their family members who are nursing students to undertake their nursing program in Concorde College Community because it offers all that is needed for the student to be successful. They said that the tutors are supportive, and they explain things in a manner that is understandable. Mrs. Brown and Ms Neal, the instructors in the dental department were highly praised by the students for they follow the students one at a time until they are fully capacitated in handling dental assignment. The vocational nursing students also said that they were taken to the field work in the first term of their program and this helped them familiarize themselves with the teachings they were being provided with by the tutors and lecturers. Despite the tremendous support of staff and tutors, students also pointed out some negative aspects of the facility. For example, they said that one has to have an additional amount of money on top of the one that is provided by the HELB so that they can be able to pay the school fee and be able to maintain themselves. This made other students in the school to drop while they were almost to finalize their program. Additionally, the institution did not place new students to fieldwork and students opted to withdraw from the school as they search for the placement while the new students were being placed to the competitive places. Students said that the space in the cubicles was extremely congested and they were sharing digital books which were not allowing them to read all the times they wanted and they also lacked the queue for them to access the book they need.
