Dallas College Mountain View Campus

Dallas College Mountain View Campus is an open-access community college situated in southwest Dallas County. The institution was accredited by Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD) as one of seven institutions. Dallas College was first seven colleges, all of which were independently accredited. These colleges eventually united under one name to better serve students. The original seven campuses are now our primary locations. We have a track record of over 20 years in online learning and work collaboratively with business and school district leaders to support our students. We also have economic advantages for taxpayers, businesses, and the surrounding community.

The reviews show an overall positive response from past and potential students, with gratitude, acknowledgment, and suggestions prompting a few customer service improvement prospects. For example, a potential student shows willingness to engage with the institution and seeks information about the nursing program as they wish to pursue a career in neonatology. This personal interaction helps the institution retain and recruit students. Additionally, the luxurious landscape and the various art collections in the campus have attracted everyone who has ever visited the institution, students or non- students. The institution offers community programs such as swimming classes and summer camps for kids which show a mutual relationship between the institution and the community. Special mention to impacting staff like Laura, success coach, and another colleague, Gerad, for support with deadlines. One student reflects that they are returning to school after a long break, and this happens when they are balancing between work and family life. The institution's COVID-19 preparedness is good, of which they lost nearly no time when they went for the testing. A downside for this school is the filters that I could only select one year, but apart from that, the reviews are great.
