About this business

The Palmieri Café: An Authentic Italian Experience founded by Corrado Palmieri, who oversaw its development and direction. Corrado Palmieri, the owner, is from the province of Lecce in Southern Italy (specifically from Galatina), an area of the country called Salento, which is part of the area known as the heel of the boot. He later moved to Dallas to help the city gain an authentic Italian experience. We bake our own Italian pastries daily. All of our coffee is roasted in Dallas, and we make all the gelato from scratch. Our coffee, pastries, and gelato are all made from scratch. The Palmieri Café opened at 11:00 am on March 26th, 2016. It took almost three years to get here, and we are overjoyed to see everyone who came to celebrate. We were surprised to see so many people, and it filled our hearts with warmth. We appreciate your commitment to our mission and the passion you bring. You are loved! Our logo. This logo symbolizes freedom and joy. It is a moment of joy, freedom, laughter, etc., that can be felt while dancing, laughing, eating great pastries, drinking good coffee, or anything else. The pizzica is a popular dance from Salento danced by a dancer with a veil. The dancer performs to the rhythm of tabourines. It conveys a sense of freedom and joy. The logo embodies our essence and aspirations.
