Welcome to El Paso Community College! El Paso County Community College District (EPCC) ascends to offer educational possibilities and support facilities to equip students to better their lives and improve the economic and cultural diverseness of the area. When it comes to serving the Hispanic community, The National Association of Hispanic Publications ranks EPCC first in the country in 2012 for the number of associate degrees awarded to Hispanics. EPCC is the 51st institution in the state and 16th in all universities nation-wide. This is the fourth year EPCC has been recognized on the list. EPCC also received the 2013 Higher Education Excellence in Diversity award (HEED) from INSIGHT Into Diversity's November 2013 issue. EPCC was also selected as the veteran 2014 Military Friendly Schools list (r). The list honors the top hospitals, sustainable college schools, community colleges, universities, and trade schools in the country that are supporting and welcoming veterans and service members to ensure their success on their campus
 
Overall, the reviews give EPCC the best feedback, citing its excellent student support, friendly faculty, conducive environment on the campus, very helpful stance of the staff and students. The institution is useful for international students in getting education, whereby the modern building serves all the needs of the students more so at Valverdero that is most developed.
