There are so many great reviews but unfortunately, I did not have the best service, I was lied to. The Property had a lien and the loan officer knew of this, they failed to mention it after the first title company( Lone Star Title) notified Town Square Mortgage about the lien, so they moved to a different title company (Sierra Title) the title company notified them of this and the closing date changed due to the lien. They were willing to process the loan knowing the property had a loan. I notified Gracie Estep ( branch manager) that this was wrong and that I was going to work with a different mortgage company. She responded, "I am really sorry to hear about your experience. I completely understand and should you change your mind, I would have happy to assist you". As a branch manager I think what occurred is unprofessional. It is a shame I was not part of the 5 stars.
