I WOULDN'T WISH THESE SCAMMERS ON MY WORST ENEMY!
We've had issues with our system every year since we bought it from these guys in 2019. We have a 10-year service warranty that the company is refusing to honor. We tried to call again to get service since our brand-new system is not cooling in this 100+ degree weather, and they claim they aren't available to come out for another 16 days!!! I called back as a different customer, and was given a service day of 7 days out. Both are unacceptable and dangerous in this weather, so I had someone else call for the exact same thing (all within a 2-hour window), and they were told someone could be there tonight for service.!!!! Like I said, SCAMMERS.
The owners are also EXTREMELY unprofessional when anyone questions the quality of their work or leaves a negative review. They will go as far as attacking them on these posts instead trying to solve the problems they created in the first place. I guess at this point I just have to report them and take legal action since they are unwilling to honor our agreement.
1st choice came out to do an estimate for completing my air conditioning system in a new build house. When the estimate was received, it didn't match our system and didn't give a proper breakdown of the charges; which was over $4k. It mostly stated charges for warranties, which I was told over the phone they wouldn't be able to provide due to their not furishing the system and materials. I sent an email back to them requesting a proper estimate with a breakdown of the charges, and let them know the system and other details stated on the estimate were incorrect. My other request is if they could not provide this, I would need a refund of the $129.00 they charged me for the estimate. I have a crazy busy schedule, and was allowing ample time for the company to respond; they did not. I had to hire another company to come out and do another estimate; they gave a proper breakdown of what needed to be done and the costs, so I hired them.1st Choice is refusing to refund the charge and never provided a proper estimate
apparently they think customers are just paying for their delightful company and conversation, not what they are actually hired to do.
