If you’re someone looking to hire a cheap property management company willing to go to any level to make you money. Then look no further this is your first choice and last. They will handle all the hard work of not doing inspections, shotty workmanship for anything they try to fix, and show you the best ways to pass the buck on any problems. You will be proud to leave them a 5-Star review like any other property owner.
If you are a renter I know we don’t have too many choices today but please don’t make 1st Choice one of them. I don’t want you to have to waste your time writing a 1 star review in year.
