The worst Dental Clinic on the Planet hands down. I walked out the last time as the lady taking my X-rays shoved the plastic trays in so hard she drew blood. I asked her to slow down and realize I have very few teeth on the bottom and being fitted for a partial. and I need a second to bite down. I had to ask her to be nice and she just said I needed to calm down so incredibly unprofessional and just flat out mean. She led me to the dentists chair and grabbed me to take my BP. I had to just give myself permission to get out of that place. So! Found a new Dentist! Who after examining me says who did your dental Work? I said BRIDENT. She put me where I could see on camera she could show me the shoddy work. Dentists filled 5 cavities with the wrong material, did not seal their work and there was pitting and rough edges everywhere. Decay reappearing around the edges and all work had to be redone. Then I had to explain why I was submitting invoice to Humana for the Same teeth I had worked on less than a year ago. They have been reported to the Dental Board of Examiners in Austin Texas. I had an interview with Humana demanding they not be allowed to provide dental care for anyone. My new Dentist says these are basic dental Skills. In addition The front desk is not interested and they are unfriendly and rude. Office manager has been new every time I go there. You cannot make an appt. Unless you go in person. I have been cancelled out several times. If I could leave 5 piles of dung instead of stars I would easily do that. One dentist who worked on me talked as though I wasn’t even there complaining about the place to another dentist. Run away from this place. This one is in HURST Texas on Precinct line Rd. My friends have had similar nightmares at other offices. The staff is still in training or just go wherever needed. They will never see you again and they don’t care even a little. Avoid this place like the plague! I hope everyone sees this I will Post on every place I can. I’m so glad I walked out that day. BRIDENT Dental is a disaster.

I went up there to get a denture Because mine Is non-fitting anymore. They F***ed up on the mold of my mouth tried too tell me that's how it is, isn't. I made on nite before too show, And refused to fix the mold. And I wasn't satisfied with the product that I would have too live with after PAYING OVER $2,000. They didn't want to redo it. They just wanted to say they can work with me, bc of there F*** Up. I've been waiting for my refund 10 week's. That they said would take 6 too 8 Max. They got paid with in 3 week and weren't supposed to Until I got the Denture. But they got paid before. I got the Denture that bc I Said It Didn't fix right in my mouth Took it back made me wait after PAYING $2,000 just too wait 2 more weeks too refuse me service and NOW IT'S BEEN. 10 weeks When they said 6 to 8 WEEKS To get it back MY. TWO GRAND. BACK And Now I have to wait another 7 to 10 days. BC I CALLED THEM THEY HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I GAVE MY NAME AN DOB I CALLED BACK AND HAD ME WAIT 20 MINS ON HOLD TO SAY WAIT LONGER FOR THERE MISTAKE IN 1ST DAM PLACE.
