Carlos Rubio became a proud graduate of Williams Barber College in 2013. The dedication and hard work needed to succeed as a barber inspired Carlos to establish Loso’s Barber Shop. At a young age, Carlos dreamed of operating his barbershop. In junior high, his room was packed with fellow students waving five-dollar bills, hoping to receive haircuts. Since then, his clippers have been a constant companion.
