You need to be a loan signing agent to work on deeds and property notary duties. Respect my work as much as you do yours. It is not just a regular Notary or Run-around for property sales and loans. We are Loan signing agents, so the price may be different. Since we are not in the bank, I won't charge you regular Notary fees. Respect my work as I respect all others. We appreciate it.
