One of the most abusive companies I have ever come across in my life. I did studies with them for 11 years since 2013. I had one day where I had a problem… I had an appointment but all of the stoplights by me were down which delayed me from getting there on time. I would be a few minutes late, and I called to make sure it was OK… And when I get there, they say it’s not even though they told me on the phone that it was. After this day, I kept having schedules studied and then they would get canceled. I asked several times if there was anything wrong with my account… I received several emails and calls that there was nothing wrong with my account and to keep trying to schedule studies. I even tried to make a different account with my information and it still did not work. I continued to try to reach managers to understand what was wrong with my account… I even had an appointment to come and do a study and they did not cancel until an hour before I had to be there when I was already on the way because I don’t even live nearby. I finally got an answer from The Manager… Who said I was suspended for tardiness… Which they could have just mentioned to me instead of lying to me about nothing being wrong with my account… they then said because I tried to make another account and other appointments… That I was banned forever. Nobody would even tell me about this… I tried to call Support to talk to them about this because it was clearly a misunderstanding and they won’t even respond to me. The front desk is beyond rude… Always has been probably always will be. The managers are rude. This company is ridiculously unprofessional and rude. Do not waste your time. I have been with almost all of the market and research companies in the DFW and this is the worst one you will find by far.
