Do NOT call this plumber in the event you’re in an emergency. They are overpriced and the owner is a real piece of work. They charged us over $850 to fix a leaking spigot which included a $200 dispatch fee. The only reason I agreed is because I didn’t want my yard flood on a Saturday evening of all times! I was upset and felt we got ripped off considering replacing a spigot according to Angi is no where near as much (450 on the high end) and the job was not labor intensive whatsoever, I know since I saw how they installed the bib. They asked for a review but I wasn’t going to do one until my wife submitted one expressing how we felt, the owner had the audacity to call us “dishonest” and even removed her review by reporting it as spam to Google. He lied when stating I was explained over on the phone how much it would cost, I was only explained the dispatch fee, which they then wouldn’t send anyone until I paid over the phone, no labor was discussed after I explained the situation to the dispatcher. Again I didn’t think I would be charged so much which is why I agreed to pay the $200 considering it was a Saturday evening. When they got here they looked at the leak and stated they would cut the water off as part of procedure but needed to make a quote. Somehow to replace a spigot it was $650 dollars. Again I only agreed to pay due to desperation, which is a very predatory practice this owner conducts his business. I have seen other dissatisfied reviews on google that you have to look for and a lot of people had the same issues, he also called them “dishonest” and was very aggressive with his comments. Use any other plumbing services if you don’t want to be taken advantage of
