I do not recommend using this company. They charged me $190 to do an initial assessment and give us an estimate while our house was in 8 inches of water. Both the call center representative and technician on-site failed to mention this charge during the entire process, so we received a surprise bill for $190 and we did not even use the company for the repairs and restoration services. Plenty of other companies do free assessments, I would recommend using any of those companies instead of this one.
