TCC, Located in River County, was founded in July 1965 through a county-wide election. Our culture is one of strategic intention and commitment to educational excellence, ensuring that every student has access to exceptional technical and academic education. The administrative leadership of TCC is under the guidance of a Chancellor and a Board of Trustees. As a two year college, TCC is fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. Functioning under the auspices of the Communications, Public Relations and Marketing Department, the College News Editorial Committee is responsible for the publication and distribution of College news, with the aim of earning people’s trust by providing essential information, products, and services. Our commitment to TCC is to raise the quality of life for all by providing equal access to information, products, and services.
