“The Wordsmith, LLC is a veteran-owned company that intends to help people get back to work, preferably in a better job than they were just fired or laid off from. Why have no resources? At-Will work does not mean that bad employees are fired/layed off. In At-Will, the boss can do what he wants. In an at-will state, the employer can fire you for no reason. People who are among these are not going to get any therapy later on. I am currently working on a Master of Organizational and Industrial Psychology. Seriously, what else is there to say? These people do not know anything. That said, I still want to get them usefully employed in their lives and clean up their mess.”
