The general review of the apartment community can be divided into two categories, with nine out of fifteen positive evaluations on the staff and management, and the remaining six reviews negative on maintenance issues. According to the two new Property Managers, Patricia and Iris, both were given exceptional approval. The Property Managers receive high recommendations from tenants. They also appreciate their attentive and supportive attitudes and willingness to interact with the residents to identify problems and find permanent solutions. Many residents were pleased with the promptness and effectiveness of the new staff's response to maintenance faults and complaints. However, three tenants had negative experiences with maintenance. One had issues with the A/C compressors and a critical safety concern. One long-term resident faced maintenance problems and an unresponsive apartment manager for two years. The satisfaction of the residents with the new management is reflected in the positive remarks from a majority of them. They admire the new management's commitment to resolving complaints and maintaining a clean and pleasant living environment while also acknowledging the capital they've spent on the complex improvements, like the repaired swimming pool and new mailboxes. The complex has seen a significant improvement, and many residents are delighted.
