Worst experience in my 60 years of buying cars I bought a Mercedes SL550 from RideNDrive but with little or no help from them. Salespeople were unresponsive, seldom returned phone calls or emails, either refused or gave or gave vague answers to questions about the car. Two videos hid problems with the car – at least one accident and one minor fender bender. The whole front nose of the car is out of alignment with the hood and fenders. The windshield has a hole in it, not just a ding, also not disclosed. The car had not been serviced like they said. It arrived filthy inside and out. It took them 2 weeks to get the car picked up by the shipper. Worst problem was it arrived with only one keyless-go key and they blamed it on me, said I lost it, even though they didn’t even send it to me 2000 miles away. A Mercedes key replacement is $900 and so far they have refused to reimburse me for the cost of the key, the expense of driving 500 miles round trip to the dealer, gas and other expenses. Nobody admits to being in charge, nobody will give their last name, phone number, or email address. Only because I wanted that exact car did I put up with their pathetic service. Brittany the sales person knows nothing about cars, probably couldn’t spell car if you tell her the first two letters. Jay the sales manager is a real jerk, totally anti-customer, who hung up on me twice. John the so-called manager is an arrogant liar who has told me 6 times now “the check is in the mail”. Yeah, right. Beware buyers: this dealer only deals in cars with problems and does everything they can to hide those problems. They are unethical swindlers. They give used car dealers a bad, make that worse, name.
