I've had several issues with this company. There was water damage to the property when I got my keys from the mini-split ac left on after showing. I found out later they were aware of these issues and didn't fix before leasing. In the middle of my lease they tried to disconnect my gas and put it in my name... that was against the lease. Maintenance men entered my apartment without permission after requesting them not to, management didn't seem to care and made excuses.
