Construction at Be Fit Gym started in April 2015. Blanca Ventura and Carlos Cabrera, alongside their committed team and families, converted an East Downtown warehouse into one of Houston’s most popular gyms. The gym is dedicated to family, community, and self-improvement.

The Houston-based gym is featured in a variety of positive reviews that show increasing satisfaction and admiration for the fantastic establishment. Folks praise the gym as having a pleasant environment, supportive and welcoming staff, various tools for an excellent workout. There have been calls for car pack since the gym is deemed crowded during the day, so the morning hours are the best time to work out. The gym is okay for the summer, but it becomes a bit hot. Except for the towels that are in short supply, the gym does not have any other issues.
