Mr Fuentes is very dishonest individual who preys upon the blind trustbof Hispanics. I have worked with him as the former owner of the ckinic and he ordered medications without my authorization. This is a crime. He was reported to Houston Pharmaceutical Squad but they are interested in pursuing physician as opposed to medical assistants presenting themselves as physicians. He has cards with a caricature of him with a stethoscope. This is central to his central to his deception. He advertises himself giving g notice to his credentials on the website clinica harwin this is a violation of the Texas Medical Board. In my professional Mr Fuentes despite his fluency and politeness is a very weak individual who has no regard for moral integrity. He is very good to denigrate others no matter what position of integrity to elevate himself. With the about team the owner is a physician who gas a problematic history with the board..but his existence is not mentioned purposely to manipulate the good hard working Hispanics that he he a licensed physician of the USA. Simply, he has used his education to abuse others. There are many like him who unfortunately fall thru the cracks behind reviews. He not a licensed physician and he has impersonated myself as a physician when I was the previous owner. Mr Fuentes is a disgrace to the medical profession
