Bars, vaults, balance beams, and trampolines are used. A balanced curriculum harmonizes basic and advanced skills. Each gymnastics kid may engage in a class tailored to his or her abilities. An experienced teaching staff will coach you. The coaches focus on body form and basic techniques, transitioning from there to more complicated and demanding exercises for more experienced gymnasts. Leotards, athletic shorts, and a tee shirt are perfect for gym clothes. Long hair ought to be fastened back, and no jewelry or socks should be worn.
