If you don't get there 15 minutes before the time, you'll miss out on your slot, and a 50% fee will be levied (unless allowed an extension).
If you don't show up or cancel within two hours of your appointment, you'll be charged 50% of the total amount.

They have NO customer service, very rude, stay away from this place!!! My husband booked & paid for his haircut online, then showed up 16 mins late due to car troubles. 1 min. past their late policy and they REFUSED him service even though they were not busy and could have still taken him. Worse, they didn‘t even offer to reschedule, they wanted to charge 50% again to even do that. No refund, no rebooking, nothing.
