Owner AMIR is running a very unprofessional used car dealership. I purchased a vehicle on 08/19/23. Since that time, AMIR decided he would not fix the sunroof on the vehicle as promised. The repair is covered by a waranty signed by Padram my salesman. I also have email verification from Padram stating the dealership will honor the repair. The sunroof was in the up position when I left the dealership. Padram did have a sunroof switch shipped to me. Replacing the switch did not work as the motor needs replaced. Padram guaranteed it would be handled. AMIR jumps in and text me stating he is not fixing the sunroof. I sent AMIR a copy of the warranty and my text message exchange with Padram. AMIR called me saying Pedram is no longer employed. After I did not back down, AMIR than told me the following: "Don't ***k with me. I'm not replacing s**t. I'm not doing nothing you f*****g b***h." He said much more and probably would have used the "N" word if he remembered I was black. Is this a dealership you want to deal with. I also believe they cleared the computer so the check engine light was off during my test drive. Fortunately, those repairs will only cost me a few hundred dollars. I was lucky there, you may not be. Go somewhere else. Don't deal with this dealership. You are warned.
